Emily M. Anderson

Emily M. Anderson is a hyper-creative force who uses her talents to spread kindness and joy. Raised by a compassionate American father who served over 40 years in the U.S. Navy and an artistic Japanese mother passionate about education, Emily was drawn to creativity from a young age. At 11, her father introduced her to philanthropy, shaping a lifelong blend of artistry and giving. This led to her founding Be GLITSE (Give Love Inspiration Tunes and Smiles Everyday) in 2017.

In 2013, Emily became a proud mother to her brilliant daughter, Sofia. In 2021, she faced unimaginable loss, through grief, resilience, and a career in business development and public speaking, Emily brings depth and passion to everything she creates.

Carmen L. Paredes was born  city of Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and moved to the United States as a child. Despite growing up in a new place, she has always stayed connected to her Bolivian roots, which remain a significant part of her identity. She has a strong passion for learning and worked hard to earn her  undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Administration. However, her life is not just about academics and work - family is at the heart of everything she does. She cherished the time spent with loved ones and values the strong connections that keep her grounded. Carmen also has a deep love for traveling. She enjoys exploring new places, meeting people from different backgrounds, and embracing diverse cultures, always seeking new experiences that broaden her perspective on the world.
